I go by the name of O.D. Born in the islands of the Philippines. I’m a Men’s Physique Competitor and a full time lifestyle and competition coach. I’m the owner of Team Overdue. I started working out at the age of 18 years old. All I really did was chest and arms because I was more focused on playing basketball at a certain than working out. As months go by I started seeing growth on my chest and that’s when it really started to hit me. Seeing my body transformed made me realized this is something I would like to do. I never realized that I would be addicted to this healthy lifestyle. Fast forward, I have done multiple shows and I have been a personal trainer/coach for over a decade. My passion in helping people achieving their best is continuously growing.

My name is Joanna Valencia. I’m married and have three kids. I was born and raised in Reno, NV.

I started my fitness journey in 2019 and fell in love with bodybuilding. Since then, I have competed in three NPC bikini shows and transitioned into an NPC wellness competitor. I have been one of Silk Diamond’s sponsored athletes for almost three years. This sport is not the easiest, but I've had the best support system since joining the Silk Diamond team. With the help of a personal trainer, I’ve learned a lot about living a healthier lifestyle. I hope to share my knowledge and experience with others who would like to get into a healthier lifestyle. I’m excited and ready for my upcoming shows and continuing my journey.

My name is Elisha Harris aka Killmonger. I spend the majority of my time working in the nonprofit sector, pursuing my master’s degree and working out. I am originally from Victorville California but have been in Reno most of my life.

I have always been relatively active but now at the age of 32 I am in the best shape of my life and only getting better! This led me to competitive bodybuilding which holds a special place in my heart because of the control you can take over your physique. There is an art that comes with sculpting yourself into your ideal image. I am also a Muay Thai fighter, which lately has been my main focus. I started training at a kickboxing gym in preparation for a film I was in “Fight 4 Your Life” and fell in love with it. In both sports, bodybuilding and Muay Thai, Silk Diamond have been my support and sponsors. For several years they have always been the ones in my corner and have helped push me to be the best competitor I can be while making sure that I look great doing so. The foundation that I have built my life on are care for others, challenging yourself, and joy. On the horizon I plan to take a few more fights before heading to Thailand for training and somewhere in there you will see me return to the bodybuilding stage.
